The doctors had finished checking up on Dean and Alex, and now they were ready to leave. Dean was waiting patiently on his bed for Alex to finish up in the bathroom. He heard the sink turn off then the door knob start to turn open, so he climbed out of bed. Just as he reached the door, he heard the toilet seat flip open and the sound of Alex's breakfast coming back up.
"Alex? You okay in there?" Dean grimaced at the noise when he heard it again.
After a few minutes, the door finally opened. Alex's face was all wet and a few strands of hair were stuck to her head. He guessed that she had washed off her face. "I told you that hospital food is terrible." Alex said as she walked out of the bathroom.
Dean shrugged, "I didn't think it was that bad." He then walked into the bathroom and closed the door.
The doctor said that Alex was no longer contagious, but her stomach was still a little queasy. The fact that her breakfast tasted like it was microwaved straight from the freezer and her orange juice was on the bitter side, did not help her feel better at all. It was just the thought of it that made her puke in the first place. At least now it was out of her system, but then again she did have to taste it again in worse state.
As Alex was sitting on her bed, she heard a knock on the door. Sam poked his head through the door and came into the room. "Good morning. How're you feeling?" He walked into the room carrying Hana in his arms.
"It would have been better if I skipped breakfast." Alex said with small smile. "Have you seen Kyle yet?"
"No. Do you want me to go get him?" Sam offered, pointing his thumb towards the door behind him.
Alex thought about it and sighed. "No. That's okay. Thanks any ways."
Sam nodded his head as he sat down across from her on Dean's bed with Hana cradled in his arms. She was trying to stretch up and pull his hair, but her arms were too short to reach. So to make up for it, Sam started to tickle her causing her to giggle.
A smiled spread across Alex's face as she watched Sam play with her daughter. "Sam?" Alex asked hesitantly. "Why did Kyle tell you guys to come here?"
"Hey! Who told you?" Kyle asked as he walked into the room with his arms across his chest. He was dressed in a pair of jeans and a long grey shirt with a black short sleeved shirt on top. His short black hair was in a spiked mess like it usually was. "It's supposed to be a surprise. How did you find out?" Kyle said as he walked over by Sam and Alex.
"She doesn't know anything. Don't worry." Dean said as he walked out of the bathroom.
"Wait. What's going on?" Sam asked, looking from Kyle to Dean.
Kyle smiled and looked down at his sneakers before he looked up at Alex. "I have a surprise for you back at the hotel. Come on." He held out his hand for Alex and pulled her off of the bed.
They all left the hospital, driving in the Impala on the way back to the hotel. Dean parked the car next to the Kyle's jeep. The car had minimal damage to the front end, but most of it was on the bumper. When they got out of the car, Kyle had tucked Hana inside of his jacket to keep her warm as he carried her to the front doors. Sam held one of the glass doors open for everyone and followed Dean into the main lobby.
Cops were still investigating the many crime scenes in the hotel, while a few of them talked to Maz. He gave Sam and Dean a friendly wave as they came in. It was obvious that he was annoyed by all of the questioning from the officers by the look on his face. And Dean was pretty sure that he heard him crack some sarcastic comment about how he had to pay less people this week, since he lost two of them.
Other then the police men and a few hotel employees, there was a small group of people sitting by the fire place, who all got up when they entered the hotel. Sam was confused, because they started walking towards them, but Dean and Kyle knew exactly who they were. There was only one person that Sam recognized out of the group of three, and that was Cody.
"Uh, what's going on?" Sam asked Dean, but got ignored as they saw Alex hug Cody, an elderly woman and a man that was a little younger then Kyle. His hair was brown and he had a few similar features as Kyle did, but he was slightly shorter.
"Sam, this is my brother, Brad. Brad, these are Alex's cousins, Sam and Dean." Kyle said pointing from the young man to Sam and Dean.
"Hi." Brad said holding out his hand.
Sam smiled and shook his hand. "Hi."
"And this is my grandma, Anna." The woman was shorter then Alex and actually made her look tall. She had to crane her neck back to meet Sam's face.
"Um, Kyle?" Alex said turning to him and Hana. "What's up with the little family reunion?"
Kyle let out a laugh and Dean couldn't stop smiling. "Well...I thought it would only be appropriate that they were here. Besides I also figured you wanted to share the happiest day of your life with them."
"Wait...What?" Alex's eyes went wide with shock and she cracked a smile. "Oh my God."

The next morning Alex was in the bathroom getting ready for the big day, but she was having trouble with the zipper on her dress.
There was a knock on the wooden door before Kyle spoke up. "Alex, are you almost done? 'Cause I need to get in there."
"Not yet." Alex turned her back towards the mirror and tried reaching the zipper over her shoulder.
"Well can I at least get in there?" Kyle said before he mumbled to himself, "I'm not sure how to tie my tie.", as he flipped the tie from one side to the other, crossing and uncrossing the two sides.
"No, you can't see me in the dress before the ceremony." Alex walked over to the door and folded her arms.
Kyle smiled and leaned against the door frame. "No offence, Alex, but we haven't exactly been following the rules on this one."
"I still want you to be surprised."
"You know, if you're worried about me seeing you in the dress, you could always..." Kyle trailed off when he saw Sam and Dean walk into the room dressed in black suits.
"Before you guys get further into this lovely conversation," Dean said as he walked into the room with Sam. "I need to talk to you about something."
"Uh. Sure." Kyle said as he stood straight up and followed Dean out of the room.
"Alex you need help in there?" Sam asked outside her door.
"Yes." Alex groaned.
"Um, is this something that Cody could help you with?" Sam asked, not knowing what it was exactly that she was having problems with. He didn't want to accidentally open the door and have an awkward moment.
Alex opened the door. "Yes, but you are right here." Sam looked at Alex standing in a long pale blue dress. The long flowing sleeves hung off her shoulders and flared before they reached her wrists, matching the flow of the dress itself. "I need somebody to zip me up." She said turning around and pointing to her zipper. "You mind?"
"No, not all." Sam said then he started pull her zipper up. He stopped when the zipper reached her scar, the main cause of her curse. This was the first time that he had ever really gotten a good look at it.
"Something wrong?" Alex questioned when she didn't feel the zipper moving up.
Sam looked at the scar for a second longer. "The zipper got stuck. I think I got it now." Sam lied as he pulled the zipper over her scar and up to the top of her dress.
Alex turned around and faced Sam. "So? How do I look?" Alex held out her arms to give him a better look at the dress. When she looked at Sam, she couldn't read his face. It was hard to tell what he thought. "What's wrong?" She asked, worried that something was wrong with the dress.
"Oh, nothing. It's just that..." Sam looked at the dress and waved his hand towards it.
Looking down at her dress, Alex checked for a stain or a rip. "Just what?"
"Well, I've never seen you in a dress before." Sam explained with a smile and said, "You look beautiful, Alex."
"Thank you. You don't look too bad yourself." Alex replied admiring Sam's black suit and tie. "Hey, where's Cody?"
"Last I saw her, she was with Kyle's grandma, Brad, and Hana." Sam informed her. "Do you want me to get her?"
"Yeah. I need her help with my hair and make up. In case you haven't noticed, I don't really wear make up."
Sam and Alex laughed a little before he agreed to go and find Cody.
Meanwhile; Dean lead Kyle to his bedroom so they could have a chat.
"Are you going to give me the big brother speech, since Alex doesn't have a brother?" Kyle asked as he walked into the bedroom behind Dean.
"No." Dean said with a straight face, which made Kyle sit down in a chair. For some reason, Kyle had a bad feeling about this. "I wanted to know what you were thinking, when you left Alex here all alone, pregnant, and cursed! You told us that you would never leave her, even for work! And right when we show up, we find out that you're out on a job?! Did she tell you why she was in the hospital?"
"No." Kyle was now worried and had no clue on what Dean was getting at.
"First she was attacked by some goddess, then a demon controlled her emotions and made her kill people! Hell, I almost-" Dean stopped himself. He sighed and looked at the floor, before he took a good long look at Kyle. "When somebody has a curse on them that just happens to be a magnet for evil, you don't leave them alone! Especially when that person is pregnant!" Dean's voice elevated to yelling and Kyle stood up in defence.
"Whoa! Just calm down alright!" Kyle yelled back at Dean. "I didn't leave her alone intentionally. I called Brad up and told him to get his a** over here as soon as could. Don't blame me, I nearly got killed trying to get back to her!" Kyle had his hand balled up into a fist from his anger.
"Whoa. Am I interrupting something?" Brad asked as he walked through the open door.
"You son of-!" Kyle said as walked over to his brother and pushed him into the wall.
"Whoa! Hey, don't finish that sentence. We have the same mother, dude." Brad said holding up his hands in surrender.
Kyle gripped the collar of Brad's suit tight in his fists. "I could strangle you right now, you know that!"
"Man, where's Grandma when I need her?"
"I'm serious! What took you so long to get here?" Kyle shook Brad a little in his grip. "Alex was attacked while you were gone and ended up being hospitalized!"
"Um, in case you didn't notice, but there was a huge storm and all of the flights were cancelled." Brad explained to his older brother. "Look. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to leave her alone. I got here as soon as I could." Kyle finally let go of his brother and backed off, but he was still upset. "Alex is like a sister to me, I would never put her life danger. You know that."
Dean was now a little less stressed at Kyle, because he saw the anger he had for his brother over the same thing that Dean was mad at him for. "Brad what did you want, any ways?"
"I was just letting you know that everything is set and ready." Brad said. "So, are you ready to start off the first day of the rest of your life?" Brad asked with a smile.
"Yes." Kyle then smirked and added, "But after words? I'm telling Grandma what you did."
